HZ-100 - Horizontal Shrink Sleeve Labeling On Personal Care Products
The HZ-100 horizontal heat shrink sleeve labeling system (shown here with optional hopper system) is designed to sleeve small diameter, unstable products that do not lend themselves to vertical heat shrink sleeving at speeds up to 90 containers per minute. It can handle product container widths from 5/16" to 1-5/8" and sleeve layflats up to 50 mm.
The HZ-100 is mounted in a portable stainless steel monoblock frame that includes the applicator, heat tunnel and 12" roller conveyor, among other standard features.
