Shrink Sleeve System EZ-Series Horizontal Format

(EZ-100H)

The unique EZ-100H accurately applies shrink sleeve labels to small, unstable cylindrical products, such as lipsticks and pencils that are not easily conveyed standing on end. The EZ-100H utilizes the same design principals as Axon's standard format EZ-Series machines in a horizontal, rather than vertical, orientation. This system has been deployed by leading beauty and personal care product companies around the world.

The complete EZ-100H system includes an integrated roller conveyor and heat tunnel system that rotates the product during the controlled heat shrink process to ensure optimal shrink results. An optional hopper provides automatic feeding and placement of the product onto the conveyor. The entire EZ-100H system can be mounted on a unitized stainless steel frame for stability and mobility.
