Shrink Sleeve Applicators for Entry Level and High Volume Customers
The shrink sleeve applicators from Axon can easily be integrated with your company's existing packaging lines. The full body sleeving applicators range from 5 to 750 packages per minute. We can also provide a complete system which would include the applicator, conveyor, and heat tunnel.
The two shrink sleeving applicator series that are offered by Axon are the EZ-Series Shrink Sleeving Applicators and the EZ-SEAL Shrink Sleeving Applicators. The EZ-Series of shrink sleeve applicators offers an entry level and high volume packaging solution where the EZ-SEAL shrink sleeve applicators were designed for both the tamper evident banding applicators as well as the full body shrink sleeve applicators.

Axon's Flexible High Speed Shrink Sleeve Applicators
The EZ-SEAL shrink sleeve applicators are designed to handle both full body shrink sleeve labelers and tamper evident banding applications on the same system with product widths from 1-1/4" to 4-3/4" and at speeds up to 600 packages per minute.
The Shrink Sleeve Labeler 200SL and Shrink Sleeve Labeler 400SL are the two EZ-SEAL shrink sleeving applicators that are offered from Axon.

Tamper Evident Band Applicators - Entry Level and High Volume Customers
The tamper evident banding applicators offered from Axon are easily integrated into your already existing production lines. The tamper evident banding applicators can handle all of your tamper evident and neck band applications at speeds anywhere from 5 to 750 packages per minute. A complete system, which would include the applicator, conveyor and heat tunnel, is also an opportunity you could look into.
Axon offers the iBand Series of tamper evident banding applicators, EZ-Series of tamper evident banding applicators, and the EZ-SEAL series of tamper evident banding applicators. The iBand Series offers you an entry level product, the EZ-Series is ideal for high volume tamper evident banding customers, and the EZ-SEAL series meets both your tamper evident banding and full body shrink sleeve applicator needs.

Entry Level Tamper Evident Band Applicators
Compact heat shrink tamper evident band applicators designed to accommodate 5/8" to 3-1/8" diameter cap sizes at speeds up to 80 packages per minute (speeds dependent upon label length and container configuration).
The Tamper Evident Band Applicator - iBand Series is the entry level tamper evident band applicator offered by Axon.

Flexible High Speed Tamper Evident Band Applicators
The EZ-SEAL Series of tamper evident banding applicators is designed to meet both your tamper evident banding needs as well as your full body shrink sleeve application needs on the same product system. The EZ-SEAL Series of tamper evident banding applicators run at speeds up to 600 packages per minute and with product widths from 1-1/4" to 4-3/4".
Axon has two applicators that offer the full body shrink sleeve application and the tamper evident banding applicators in one. These two products are the Tamper Evident Band Applicator 200SL and the Tamper Evident Band Applicator 400SL.
Stretch Sleeve Labeling
Our stretch sleeve label applicators can handle a wide range of applications. The label applicators can place a label on containers up to 5 gallons in size and at speeds up to 60 containers per minute.
There are four (4) products that make up Axon's stretch sleeve labeling category. The ST-700L Stretch Sleeve Label Applicator, ST-925L Stretch Sleeve Label Applicator, ST-1500 Stretch Sleeve Label Applicator, and ST-2500 Stretch Sleeve Label Applicator. Depending on your business, any of the stretch sleeve label applicators offered by Axon can make an immediate impact on your production.
Heat Shrink Tunnels
Axon's heat shrink tunnels are designed to work with both tamper evident bands and sleeve labels. The heat shrink tunnels are compatible with a wide range of standard product sizes and offer optimum shrink performance while using minimum space.
There are three different technologies of heat shrink tunnels that are offered; convective, radiant, and steam. The convective heat shrink tunnels use a re-circulating design, the radiant heat shrink tunnels utilize infrared heating elements, and the steam heat shrink tunnels use steam energy.
Convective Heat Shrink Tunnels
The convective heat shrink tunnels from Axon utilize a re-circulating design that can process both tamper evident banding applicators and sleeve label applicators.
There are four (4) convective heat shrink tunnels that Axon offers, the EZ-24-SRB Convective Heat Shrink Tunnel, EZ-36-SRB Convective Heat Shrink Tunnel, EZ-48-SRB Convective Heat Shrink Tunnel, and the EZ-72-SRB Convective Heat Shrink Tunnel.
Radiant Heat Shrink Tunnels
Axon's radiant heat shrink tunnels utilize infrared heating elements and have the ability to be configured to meet the specific application that you need. The radiant heat shrink tunnels are specifically designed for tamper evident banding applications.
The EZ-30-IR Radiant Heat Shrink Tunnel and the EZ-60-IR Radiant Heat Shrink Tunnel are the two (2) radiant heat shrink tunnels that Axon offers.
Steam Heat Shrink Tunnels
The steam heat shrink tunnels utilize steam energy to shrink label your company's packages. The steam heat shrink tunnels are designed to run both tamper evident banding applicators as well as sleeve label applicators.
There are five (5) steam heat shrink tunnels that Axon offers. The ThermoPoint Steam Heat Shrink Tunnel, EZ-48-SS Steam Heat Shrink Tunnel, EZ-72-SS Steam Heat Shrink Tunnel, EZ-96-SS Steam Heat Shrink Tunnel, and EZ-120-SS Steam Heat Shrink Tunnel.
Film Inserters
Axon's automatic film inserters replace the cotton in the headspace of nutraceutical and pharmaceutical bottles with clean plastic films. The film inserters are an innovative new system which reduces your manufacturing costs and increases your products shelf life.
The two (2) film inserter machines offered are the AI-60 Film Inserter Machine and the AI-120 Film Inserter Machine.
