Tamper Evident Band Applicator - EZ-650 Overview

The Axon EZ-650 series is a part of our EZ-line of heat shrink tamper evident band and shrink sleeve label applicators. It is designed to handle product container widths from 3-11/16" to 16-3/16" and sleeve layflats up to 650 mm.

We offer the EZ-650 tamper evident band applicator in two different head configurations to suit your needs. The single head design can run up to 40 containers per minute and is an excellent entry-level machine. Our dual head design (EZ-2-650) can run up to 70 containers per minute for your more robust applications. All speeds are dependent on the width and length of the sleeve.

These fully automatic, continuous motion band applicating machines utilize minimal moving parts for high reliability and low maintenance. As with all Axon tamper evident band applicating machinery, the EZ-650 series can be easily integrated with existing lines or Axon can provide a complete system including heat shrink sleeve label applicator, conveyor, and heat shrink tunnel.
