Stretch Sleeve Label Applicators ST-2500

The ST-2500 stretch sleeve labeling applicator is a mechanically operated machine being driven by cams. This allows for very precise control of the basic motions at higher labeling speeds. Because of the precise control on this stretch sleeve labeler we are able to cycle at speeds up to 60 CPM.

The ST-2500 stretch sleeve label applicator can label up to 2-1/2 gallons and is designed to fit directly over a standard tabletop conveyor. Two ST-2500's can be installed either side by side or in-line tandem to increase the CPM output to over 100 CPM. ST-2500 stretch sleeve labeler is the flagship of the Styrotech line of labeling machines.
