Shrink Sleeve Labeler - EZ-100 Overview

The Axon EZ-100 series is our entry line of heat shrink sleeve label and tamper evident bands applicators. It is designed to handle product container widths from 3/8" to 2-11/16" and sleeve layflats up to 112 mm.

We offer the EZ-100 shrink sleeve labeler in a variety of multiple head configurations to suit your needs. The single head design can run up to 150 containers per minute and is an excellent entry-level machine. Our dual head design (EZ-2-100) can run up to 300 containers per minute. For your most demanding lines, our three head design (EZ-3-100) can run up to 450 containers per minute. All speeds are dependent on the width and length of the sleeve.

These fully automatic, continuous motion sleeve application machines utilize minimal moving parts for high reliability and low maintenance. As with all Axon machinery, the EZ-100 series can be easily integrated with existing lines or Axon can provide a complete system including tamper evident banding applicator, conveyor, and heat shrink tunnel.
