Aurora(TM) revolutionizes in-line, mandrel-style shrink film application. Its innovative design relies on a common structural frame and a modular EtherNet/IP control platform from Rockwell Automation, which enables plug n' play functionality for customization of specific end user applications. The Aurora models utilize the PackML programming standard, which simplifies operation, maintenance and line integration and places Aurora at the vanguard of packaging line functionality.

Aurora Prime has been developed specifically for cost-sensitive packagers that are zeroed-in on trouble-free application of shrink sleeves and tamper-bands. Rated at 150 cpm, the Aurora Prime provides servo-driven speed, efficiency and reliability at an economical price. The Prime leverages an Allen-Bradley PanelView Plus 600 Compact HMI.

Aurora Premium, rated at 300 cpm, offers a comprehensive suite of standard features and optional upgrades for creating a versatile, high-speed shrink film applicator to meet your unique requirements. The Premium employs Allen-Bradley's PanelView Plus 700 HMI featuring customizable screens and easy push-button switchovers between English and Spanish screens.

The 400SL is Axon's fastest mandrel-style film applicator - rated at 400 cpm in a single-head configuration and up to 800 cpm in a dual-head configuration. At these speeds, uptime is a precious commodity that the 400SL delivers to leading packagers around the world.
