Axon offers a wide variety of systems and designs for applying neck bands (aka tamper evident bands). Nearly all of Axon's full-sleeve film applicators can be configured to apply neck bands, too. Nevertheless, if you only need to apply neck bands, we've got two models value engineered exclusively for that role.

iBand

The Axon iBand is a compact tamper evident band applicator designed for companies that need reliable performance at an entry-level price. Using the same robust, continuous motion, electro-pneumatic principles as Axon's EZ-Series machines, the iBand provides a simple neck banding solution that easily integrates with existing lines. Its small footprint, cantilevered base and front loading film mechanism allow nearly effortless positioning, redeployment and film changes without disrupting the layout or operation of the packaging line.

EZ-100HSX

By aggressively eliminating moving parts from its design, the EZ-100HSX represents the triumph of simplicity in technology - less is more. As its designation implies, the EZ-100HSX is a modified version of Axon's standard format EZ-Series machines that applies neck bands at rates of up to 500cpm depending upon the product's width. In a dual head configuration, production rates of 750cpm can be achieved.
