Horizontal Tamper Evident Band Applicator - EZ-100H Overview

The EZ-100H horizontal heat shrink tamper evident band applicator (shown here with optional hopper system) is designed to sleeve small, unstable products that do not lend themselves to vertical sleeving at speeds up to 90 containers per minute. It can handle product container widths from 5/16" to 1-5/8" and sleeve layflats up to 70 mm.

The system includes a robust roller conveyor and integrated heat tunnel system. The unique roller conveyor design allows for product rotation during the shrink process for optimum shrink results.

This fully automatic, continuous motion tamper evident banding machine utilize minimal moving parts for high reliability and low maintenance. As with all Axon tamper evident banding machinery, the EZ-100H Horizontal Band Applicator can be easily integrated with existing lines or Axon can provide a complete system including shrink sleeve applicator, conveyor, and heat shrink heat tunnel.
