High Speed Tamper Evident Band Applicator EZ-100HSX

The Axon EZ-100HSX series is our high speed line of heat shrink tamper evident band and sleeve label applicators. It is designed for operation at high efficiencies in the most demanding applications and can handle product container widths from 5/8" to 1-15/16" and sleeve layflats up to 83 mm.

We offer the EZ-100HSX high speed heat shrink tamper evident band applicator in two different head configurations to suit your needs. The single head applicator design can run up to 500 containers per minute and is capable of handing most lines. Our dual head design (EZ-2-100HSX) can run up to 750 containers per minute for your highest speed applications. All speeds are dependent on the width and length of the sleeve.

These fully automatic, continuous motion band application machines utilize minimal moving parts for high reliability and low maintenance. As with all Axon tamper evident banding machinery, the EZ-100HSX series can be easily integrated with existing lines or Axon can provide a complete system including heat shrink applicator, conveyor, and convective, steam, and radiant heat shrink tunnels.
