The Axon EZ-100HSX series is our high speed line of heat shrink sleeve label and tamper evident band applicators. It is designed for operation at high efficiencies in the most demanding applications and can handle product container widths from 5/8" to 1-15/16" and sleeve layflats up to 83 mm.

We offer the EZ-100HSX sleeve label applicator in two different head configurations to suit your needs. The single head design can run up to 500 containers per minute and is capable of handing most lines. Our dual head design (EZ-2-100HSX) can run up to 750 containers per minute for your highest speed applications. All speeds are dependent on the width and length of the sleeve.

These fully automatic, continuous motion heat shrink sleeve label machines utilize minimal moving parts for high reliability and low maintenance. As with all Axon Corp shrink sleeve labeling equipment, the EZ-100HSX series can be easily integrated with existing lines or Axon can provide a complete system including tamper evident applicator, conveyor, and heat shrink tunnel.
