Axon Develops Pair of Heat Shrinkable Sleeve Labeling Systems
March 20, 2007
Raleigh, NC - Axon, a division of Pro Mach, has created the EZ-Seal 200SL and the EZ-Seal 400SL. These heat shrinkable sleeve labeling systems are designed for use in a variety of industries including food, beverage, dairy, water, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, health & beauty aids, and industrial products. Additionally, the EZ-Seal 200SL is well suited for use in contract packaging and blow molding facilities due to its economical price and versatility. The EZ-Seal 200SL and 400SL are capable of processing tamper-evident bands and full-body sleeves on the same system at rates that exceed 200 and 400 units per minute, respectively. The systems' abilities to accept product labels with diameters ranging from 1-1/4" to 4-3/4" allow users to provide eye-catching graphics on containers of all shapes and sizes.
"The EZ-Seal 200SL and 400SL provide a technologically superior film delivery system that adjusts to a large number of container shapes," said George Albrecht, Axon's VP of Sales. "The systems' abilities to accommodate tool-less changeovers between sizes gives customers maximum flexibility."
Key features of the EZ-Seal 200SL and EZ-Seal 400SL include the flexibility to process both tamper evident bands and sleeve labels, state of the art Allen-Bradley controls, corrosion resistant construction, and stepper/servo film feeding and cutting systems.
