Axon Equipment
Axon engineered the EZ-Seal systems with simplicity, reliability, ease of operation and value as our key objectives. With hundreds of installations worldwide typical applications include beverages, processed foods, health & beauty aids, pharmaceuticals, novelties, industrial and other products.
Our EZ-Seal line may be used for heat shrink sleeving applicators, tamper evident banding, heat shrink labels, and multi-packing. Our EZ-Seal 300SL line is designed for high speed sleeve labeling. Our multi-patented technology provides complete control over the heat shrink bandings and heat shrink sleeve labels through unique and minimal moving mechanisms. This ensures high production and equipment efficiencies.
Our automatic heat shrink labeling machines utilize state of the art programmable controllers, real time machine monitoring systems, and user friendly Operator Interface Panels (OIP) to make operation and maintenance easy and simple. Axon is the only manufacturer in the world to offer standard machines capable of processing various shaped products ranging from 3/8" (10mm) to 15" (380mm) in diameter with speeds ranging from 20 to 600 parts per minute. This translates into a reliable, highly efficient labeling system to meet even the most demanding production schedules.
